Funeral Operations Manager
The Manager – Funeral Operations, is responsible for overseeing the Operations Centre to ensure the delivery of exceptional funeral services and operations.
This role involves leading and supporting operations teams (Operations Assistants and Mortuary), implementing company policies, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. This role manages the Coordination of all Logistics, Funeral Services and ensures that things happen on time to an exceptional standard.
The Manager – Funeral Operations, ensures compliance with regulations, fosters relationships with health care and medical organisations, and upholds the company’s reputation and ethical standards.
Additionally, they provide strategic direction, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The role objective is to ensure that Operations Centre operates smoothly, supports the team to provide compassion to grieving families effectively, and meets the company’s business goals while maintaining the highest levels of respect and care for clients.
This roles is a part of our Leadership Team and works in a hands on capacity to lead their team from the front at all times.
