Our Beenleigh office is a beautifully appointed, intimate and is designed to feel just like home. Our office includes a welcoming Reception, private arrangement area that is designed to be relaxed and informal whilst you arrange your loved one’s funeral service, and ample parking for our families. Inside, we pay tribute to our family that have supported us along our journey to create a funeral service that is focussed on family and from a place of compassion and we pay our respects to the Yugambeh people that first inhabited this area and the surrounding areas of Logan and Northern NSW.

Beenleigh is situated in the Bundjalung traditional Aboriginal country. The Yugambeh people are custodians within the traditional Aboriginal Bundjalung country, antedating European settlement by tens of thousands of years. Their Yugambeh language and heritage survive and is a testament to the Yugambeh Museum located in the town. Yugembah (also known as Yugumbir, Jugambel, Jugambeir, Jugumbir, Jukam, Jukamba) is one of the Australian Aboriginal languages in areas that include the Beenleigh, Beaudesert, Gold Coast, Logan, Scenic Rim, Albert River, Coolangatta, Coomera, Logan River, Pimpama, Tamborine and Tweed River Valley, within the local government boundaries of the City of Gold CoastCity of Logan, Scenic Rim Regional Council and the Tweed River Valley.

Beenleigh was first colonised in the 1860s, with the first permanent European settlement occurring by John Davy and Frank Gooding, who named their sugarcane plantation Beenleigh in memory of their family estate in Devonshire, England.

Jane was born in New Zealand and raised in Australia with Strong Samoan Background and a passion for all things cultural.  Before joining the funeral industry she worked for 15 years in various customer service roles with Western Union and various Newsagencies.  Jane approaches her family with genuineness and huge amounts of heart and takes the role of Funeral Director as a great honour serving her families.”I am very Passionate and caring and through great customer service I love making every encounter with my families a beautiful & memorable experience.”

Funeral DIrector
Imogen has been a Funeral Director for close to 3 years.  Imogen played a significant role is assisting in the development of our Community Lifestyle Programs and continues to support this each day, as well as supporting our pre-need and at-need families.  Imogen is passionate, caring and loves to chat.  Prior to working in the funeral industry, Imogen worked for SA Health in the emergency department and other roles within the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
“Funerals are important to me because they help people celebrate someone’s life and begin the healing process following the death of someone we love.  I especially love to work with families to create a unique and out-of-the-ordinary funeral service that might be in a location different from the normal funeral setting, a celebration that really captures their loved one in a special way.”
