Dear Irene and family, I am saddened to hear of the passing of Phil, my condolences to you & your family. I worked with Phil at Granville from 1973 to the end of 1976. Phil was a great mentor to us younger Police at the time and was a steadying influence on us. We had a lot of good times at Granville which will remain with me and others for the rest of our lives.
Please accept my condolences Irene and family, I have a lot of memories of Phil from way back. I will pass on the sad news to some of the old crew.

Dear Irene and family, sorry to hear of the passing of Phillip. He was a much loved member of the Redland SES family. I have lots of fond memories of all our time together training and supporting our community during operations. His service is done. May he rest in peace until we meet again.
