Carolyn Besford was a beautiful person. In the short time we spent together while ‘ubering’ her for our regular Smoko breaks, we had formed a close bond. She always had a positive personality, choosing to see the good in everyone and everything she saw. She had a great sense of humour and a funny imagination, which we shared while passing time waiting for her ever late Parcels from Temu to arrive.
She loved her family, especially her 3 amazing children and often shared how much she was proud of them.
Carolyn grew in her faith while at saint Vincents private hospital, reading her bible and sharing her faith with me, Grant and others. Im assured of where she is , because of her love for God and her beautiful soul.
She will always be with us in our hearts, and we will always remember her.
This is not goodbye, but see ya later, until we meet again my friend. Moce vaka lailai. Loloma levu from your Fijian Family.
Carolyn and I met in primary school and were best friends for many many years. I have so many wonderful memories that I will cherish forever. We grew up in the same neighbourhood. I remember the nights I would go to her place and watch scary movies and comedy shows with her. We had so many laughs over the years. Her mum Irene used to join in the fun as well. I fondly remember the weekends we spent sunbathing and reading scary novels. Her cheeky smile and her beautiful heart touched so many. Sadly we lost touch when our own families were growing up. We reconnected after the terrible loss of her beloved brother Martin. I’m so grateful for the time spent with her over the past few months. Even while she was ill she always had a cheeky smile that would light up a room. I had the honour of meeting her son Patrick and daughter Sarah in recent months. Patrick, Sarah and Thomas I send you my love and condolences for your loss. You all meant everything to her 🩷 Tracy and Brian you were a wonderful part of her life too. I know how much she appreciated you both and your lovely daughter Kate. Jess I know how amazing you were as well and send you my love.
Irene and Pat you have both suffered unimaginable losses in the past 14 months I send you love and condolences 🩷 love and condolences to the whole family.
Carolyn I love you and am so so grateful to have had you as a part of my life. You will forever be in my heart beautiful girl I miss you so much 🩷🩷
