A great friend who will be dearly missed. So many memories of travelling through the Middle East to Australia in 1970. As Dave said on many occasions even in his last few days of how wonderful his wife was and he always sang his praises. Our loving thoughts are with you Lynne and the family.

Dearest Dave, you were such a good friend to us both and you will be sadly missed,
but rest assured we will keep in touch with Lynne from time to time.
love from Val and Mick.
How proud am I of my world travelled, adventurous big brother, and not to forget handsome! My memories when young of your friends sleeping in the lounge after a night out. My first visit to Australia, and to see your surprise that there were seven of us. The support you were when we lost first Dad then Mum, and your UK holidays -always great fun. Giving me away at my wedding in Cairns, and spending precious time with you in May. The love I have for your beautiful family will always remain. Miss you, take care – I love you – Pest x
Dear Lynne, my sympathy for your loss. Alec kept me up-to-date on Dave’s long period of ill health. Dave Mullen was a good man, a good husband and a good father. It is always a sorrowful time when someone you love leaves the earth. My thoughts are with you.
I have so many very happy memories of the time we spent growing up in West London and you will always hold a special place in my heart.
Mick is so pleased that he could put a face to the man that I spoke about.
So sorry that you had to suffer the last few years. R.I.P Dave

Dearest Dave, I’ll miss you terribly. A great bloke, even though you went to Christopher Wren. Farewell old friend.
