Wynnum is named after the Pandanus palm or breadfruit tree and the name Wynnum, is one of few Aboriginal names that remains in the area. Jo is a Funeral Director with close to 18 years experience in the local Wynnum area, caring for families and the community in an authentic, compassionate and loving way. Jo is all about connection and has a lifelong connection to the Wynnum Manly area, having lived and worked locally for her entire life. Beginning her career with K-Mart and spending 18 years in the local store, Jo moved into the Funeral Industry to provide a different kind of service to families at a time they are most in need. Well known for her authenticity and care, Jo is highly regarded in the local area as the go-to Funeral Director and is dedicated to serving the families in the local area.

Imogen has been a Funeral Director for close to 3 years. Imogen played a significant role is assisting in the development of our Community Lifestyle Programs and continues to support this each day, as well as supporting our pre-need and at-need families. Imogen is passionate, caring and loves to chat. Prior to working in the funeral industry, Imogen worked for SA Health in the emergency department and other roles within the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

I especially love to work with families to create a unique and out-of-the-ordinary funeral service that might be in a location different from the normal funeral setting, a celebration that really captures their loved one in a special way.”
